Use License

Job Postings

Employers posting jobs on LymeJobs agree to:

• Not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
• Respect candidate privacy and use application data only for hiring purposes

Job Applications

Candidates applying for jobs agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in their applications and resumes
• Not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Respect employer confidentiality and proprietary information
• Communicate professionally with employers

Payment Terms

Employers who subscribe to paid plans agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of LymeJobs are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

Disclaimer

LymeJobs is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any employment relationships formed through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LymeJobs or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms
